Yo-Chi offers an experience like no other; a premium and delicious product in fantastically inviting spaces with a friendly and welcoming team, which puts the customer in control. We doubled in size in 2021 and again in 2022, we are growing rapidly which means opportunities for upskill and promotion are everywhere for those who grab them. Is this you?
To be a Chi Venue Leader, Assistant Venue Leader or Team Leaders, we look for people who love their customers, are communicative leaders and contribute to a fun and supportive team environment. You need to be a can-do person, who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate about what they do whilst, being a great communicator (both written and verbal).
