There’s a new cool kid in town, Newtown that is!

We’re on a roll with no plans to slow down! After opening our second Sydney venue in Macquarie Park just last month, which saw a record number of visitors during opening weekend, we opened our doors on the 8th of May in Newtown, giving Inner-West residents the chance to Share the Chi with friends and family.

Bound to be one of Newtowners’ favourite hangouts, the Yo-Chi King Street has taken up a prime spot just a stone’s throw from Newtown’s train station and the King Street and Enmore Rd intersection. Surrounded by some of the most popular restaurants and entertainment venues in Newtown and Enmore, it makes it the perfect after-dinner or after-show dessert option.

The opening of our Newtown venue is the 7th to open in just a few months with more to open this year, as we are currently rolling out more venues for people to enjoy our delicious frozen yogurt around the country.

“We’re privileged to have a big passionate customer base in Melbourne and in the past few months we’ve been fortunate to be able to spread our wings further around the country,” said our head of marketing, Lauren Lagos. “With the Newtown venue opening and another one recently opened in Macquarie Centre, we’re ecstatic to be able to Share the Chi with more Sydney residents. In the coming months, we have another venue opening in Lane Cove, covering four corners of Sydney.”

Yo-Chi on 293 King Street, Newtown, Sydney, NSW, 2042, opened on the 8th of May, 2023.
