Another month, another Yo-Chi opening!

Yo-Chi has further expanded into Queensland with the recent opening of a new venue in Brisbane’s southern suburb of Mount Gravatt. Marking the 17th location for Yo-Chi nationally and Queensland’s fifth Yo-Chi venue. Since opening the first Yo-Chi in QLD in July 2022, Yo-Chi have since then opened another four QLD venues with more on the way in the second half of 2023. The Mt Gravatt venue is expected to be as well received as the other Queensland venues which often see queues of people waiting for their Yo-Chi fix.

Queensland has quickly become a key market for Yo-Chi with more venues planned to open in the near future. The latest Mount Gravatt venue is located within Westfield Mount Gravatt, one of the largest shopping centres in Brisbane. Mt Gravatt locals will be thrilled to find a menu that includes all of Yo-Chi’s classic flavours like signature tart, chocolate, and vanilla, as well as a rotation of seasonal flavours that includes mango and coconut.

“We are so excited to announce our second venue in Brisbane, and a fifth location in the state, in the suburb of Mount Gravatt,” said Yo-Chi’s head of marketing, Lauren Lagos. “The Mount Gravatt venue is in response to the amazing community support we’ve seen – now locals won’t have to travel as far to get their Yo-Chi fix!”

With another Queensland venue already planned to open in Surfers Paradise, and hot on the heels of the recent Sunshine Plaza opening, the state’s hunger for Yo-Chi is showing no signs of slowing, The Queensland expansion is being mirrored in other states, with new venues already slated to open in the Sydney suburbs of Lane Cove and Henley, the WA suburb of Leederville in coming months.
